Sengoku Cannon Is Coming To The Nintendo Switch

 

Zerodiv is continuing to bring Psikyo’s games over to the Nintendo Switch. The latest example is Sengoku Cannon, which was revealed when its name was listed on the Japanese version of the Nintendo eShop. For those who are curious, Sengoku Cannon was a shoot’ em up in a fantastical version of the Sengoku period, as shown by the fact that its setting includes magic as well as steam-based robots.

 

The initial version came out for the PlayStation Portable in 2005, boasting a total of six playable characters in a total of five stages. It is unknown whether there are plans to release a western version of Sengoku Cannon at this point in time, but considering precedent, it isn’t impossible.
