Giga Wrecker Alt Announcement Trailer
Generally speaking, people will be familiar with Game Freak because of the Pokemon franchise. However, it is interesting to note that it ran an internal “Gear Project,” which was intended to encourage its video game developers to come up with something outside of its norm. The result is something called Giga Wrecker Alt., which is expected to be released for the PS4, the Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch in 2019.
In short, Giga Wrecker Alt. will see the protagonist Reika seeking to uncover the mysteries of an unexpected invasion that has left the world in ruins. In this, Reika will be helped out by her special abilities, which can be used to destroy her surroundings and then use the resulting ruins to build various useful things. This will enable her to take on not just enemies but also a wide range of puzzles, thus making for wider-ranging gameplay.
