Mortal Kombat 11 Adds Johnny Cage
More marketing for Mortal Kombat 11 continues to come out. The latest example is a trailer featuring Johnny Cage, who is a member of the Mortal Kombat series’s first roster of playable characters.
For those who are curious, Johnny Cage is looking as though he will be bringing back a lot of his most memorable moves from previous titles. One excellent example would be his green fireballs, while another excellent example would be his shadow kicks. On top of this, it is amusing to note that Johnny Cage is set to have a number of moves that reference his movie star background, with some being much more tongue in cheek than others.
The single best example might be his creation of a protective box, which involves him miming the walls. However, other examples include but are not limited to throwing his sunglasses, blinding opponents with a camera flash, and even stabbing them with acting trophies.
With that said, the move that has a lot of people talking would be his new fatality, which is a trio of decapitating uppercuts that are a clear reference to a famous glitch from Mortal Kombat 2.
