Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX Trailer
For those who are unfamiliar, Chunsoft owns a roguelike series called Mystery Dungeon. There is a Mystery Dungeon sub-series crossed over with the Pokemon series, which started up with Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team in 2005 and 2006. Now, it has been revealed that the Nintendo Switch will be receiving a remake called Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX that will be released in March of 2020.
This is a remake rather than a re-release, meaning that interested individuals can expect the same experience rendered in gorgeous 3D graphics. Otherwise, it seems reasonable to speculate that Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX will offer a very similar experience to its base game, which should come as welcome news for those who are intrigued by the idea of exploring dungeons with a wide range of Pokemon within a roguelike setup.
