Paper Mario: The Origami King Trailer
It has been revealed that we are getting a new Paper Mario game for the Nintendo Switch called Paper Mario: The Origami King, which will be coming out very soon in July of 2020. For those who are unfamiliar, the Paper Mario series consists of Mario RPGs with a papercraft look plus plenty of humor packed into them.
Story-wise, Paper Mario: The Origami King seems to be exactly what it sounds like, with a villain named King Olly who has run off with Princess Peach’s entire castle as well as Bowser’s minions to serve as his Folded Soldiers, which presumably makes him the eponymous monarch. On the whole, this is looking like a welcome addition to the Nintendo Switch’s new releases for the near future, which was relatively light.
