Some Gold Coins Symbols have to be unlocked by completing story mode Missions with 100% in Legend Diary… to get 100 before you select the level Click on Check Legend and Also Treasure event. Some levels require you to play as specific characters to complete treasure events to complete the Legend log. Unlock Skills (One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 Cheats)
The majority of skills will unlock by getting characters crew level to max. If your crew level is at max and you still do not have every skill for your character hope is not lost. You are still able to unlock all your skills. you must have the prerequisite if your trying to unlock a (+) or (++) skill. Skills unlock from Top to bottom on the list for each character. If you see special conditions i.e (must get 2040 “”!”” to unlock) you must use that specific character and get that many kills using any support character. you can only unlock 1 at a time per character. If your character is maxed out and it says unlock at Level** you must have everything in the list from top to bottom…. then play another Mission as that character the skill will unlock.
