Easily Earn Massive Amounts of Money (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Cheats)
For this, you’ll need to access the Cone Crazy mission, preferably having never done it before. It can be accessed at the top of the car park near the Ocean View Hotel, by entering the Stallion. Normally, this mission pays out $200, but you can immediately retry the mission (just park the Stallion where you found it, exit, and re-enter it). It’s a timed mission, and if you complete it faster than before, you get double that amount of money ($400). This can repeat further, gaining you sums of $800, $1600, $3200, and so on.
This mission is actually quite easy, and gives you a lot of extra time, making all these factors easy to exploit. When you play the mission, go through the last checkpoint as late as possible, noting how long it took you. Retry the mission again, timing yourself to complete it as late as possible again, but just barely better than your previous time (thus letting you win).
Keep replaying it as desired, each time deliberately beating your previous time by just a bit (a second or two for instance). While the rewards start small, owing to the doubling of the prize they accumulate fast (for instance, the 10th win gets you over $100,000, and the 14th over $1,600,000). You can do this a total of 23 times (a prize of over $800,000,000 and total earns over $1,600,000,000) before the rewards become glitchy and actually take money from you, but that’s not a concern since this will definitely max out your money count.
You can also gently use your car’s wheels to move the cones just after triggering the mission to make completing it faster. Just park against the cone and gently nudge it: don’t break it. This will likely be needed after the 16th completion (which gets you $6,553,600), but only if you really want to do the trick further. It’d only be necessary on the PC version, owing to how the checkpoints give you less time on that than the console versions.
