You must have access to the Hall of Champions. You need to go to the second floor and go to the right and fight through all the enemies. At the end of this room is a “hidden room” strike the wall and enter the area there should be a music sheet here as well. In the lower right corner of this room if you do a downward attack you should fall through the floor.
