New Challenges
While you start off with several challenges to play in the Challenge Mode, you can unlock brand new ones when you fulfill certain conditions. Completing them will unlock further rewards that will generate in subsequent runs of the game. (Challenges 1-3 and 12-18 are available at the beginning.)

| The Lost | As Isaac, defeat The Lamb. After this, as Isaac, find the Missing Poster trinket. Once done, die in a Sacrifice Room while holding the Missing Poster. |
