Alolan Diglett Sidequest Rewards
Early in the Isle of Armor DLC, you are able to hunt down all 150 of a man’s Diglett. For gathering certain amounts of them, you will be given a Pokemon as a reward.
These Pokemon will have 3 perfect IVs (except the final Pokemon, which has 6), and all of them will have their Hidden Abilities.

Isle of Armor Pokedex Completion Rewards
Speak with the scientist at the train station to receive these rewards when you’ve caught all of the Pokemon in the Pokedex.
