Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars Cheats
Battle Tips
Of the dozen-plus options in the game, players can choose two characters at a time to bring into battle. Since that’s the case, it is strange there isn’t a co-op feature in Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars. In combat, it’s a good idea to swap between characters often on a level.
The character that isn’t being controlled will slowly start to heal. If a character is about to die, swap out for another. That’s why co-op probably isn’t in the game. It’s also a good piece of advice to exhaust the ninjitsu meter before going in for normal attacks. The meter will recharge with time. When it comes to characters and special attacks, the overall tip here is to constantly switch up tactics.
Important Healing Items
Normal healing items should be plentifully rewarded out during missions. Healing items can be dropped by enemies or found in chests. There isn’t much need to buy most healing items unless players exhaust their inventory on an extra tough mission. Two more rare items need to be purchased.
Resurrection Pills are the typical RPG healing items that can revive a fallen partner. Coinciding with that it’s also a good idea to buy some Handmade Paper Dolls. These items will automatically revive the player on the spot. These are good for emergencies in case players aren’t fast enough with selecting the right healing item.
Understanding Spirit Gems And Accessories
Equipment in Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars can be a little more confusing than in most Action RPGs. Some accessories found in this crossover act like normal pieces of armor in other games. For example, there may be an amulet that increases defense or attack power. These items cannot be shared amongst the girls. One item correlates to one ninja. No exceptions.
Spirit Gems, on the other hand, can be shared. One gem that increases experience points gained, which is a good one to own, can be equipped for every girl on the team. This doesn’t make a lot of sense since equipment can’t be shared, but that’s okay. It’s good for the player and that’s all that matters even if it doesn’t seem logical.
Pay Attention To The Map
Exclamation points on the map show players where they will need to go. Most missions are pretty straightforward: kill the boss. There are some branching paths players could take to get hidden items in chests. It’s best to ignore side paths the first time around though.
Focus instead on conserving energy for the boss. Don’t be afraid to just run past enemies either. On the first go, always follow the exclamation marks. The difficulty increases quickly after the first few stages. This means stages will have to be played on repeat anyway to grind for experience points. Side objectives should be completed on the secondary runs. Characters should naturally be stronger the second time around which means the replay will be easier.
