Blade Assault Cheats and Tips
Choose a Weapon Carefully
When a player first starts up the game, they will soon learn that there are quite a few weapons that they will have to choose from. The player starts off with a chainsaw, but they can pick to wield an axe or an assault rifle if that’s more to their taste.
Generally, it would be a good idea for a player to take a few runs to see which weapons work best for them. The chainsaw has a balance between speed and range, the ax has high damage but slow speed, and, as one might expect, the rifle excels in range.
Upgrade Those Skills
Upgrading skills is going to be essential if a player wants to improve and get further in Blade Assault. Surprisingly, however, a player does not pay for their upgrades in gold coins. Instead, they will use roses as their currency for upgrading.
When a player upgrades their skills, they will have a whole new world of gameplay unlocked for them. These upgrades will let their weapons do completely different things, such as the ax making the player spin in a wide circle to get everyone around them.
Learn What Each Element Does
There are three elements that a player will have to use to their advantage while fighting off enemies. These elements are fire, ice, and lightning. Surprisingly, the third element is not earth or air.
These elements can play quite a big role in how battles turn out for a player. Some enemies may be weak to fire, for example, but are almost impervious to ice. On other the other hand, other enemies are going to be incredibly weak against lightning and may not be damaged by fire.
Get the Thieves Glove For More Gems
There are a few items that a player will be able to grab along their run as they start playing through Blade Assault. One thing that a player should make sure they always grab is the Thieves Glove.
The Thieves Glove is widely considered to be one of the best items that can be dropped by enemies. This is because of the Thieves Glove giving the player an extra 1.5% chance to gain extra gems whenever they hit an enemy.
Clear Stages Quickly
This is usually typical of most rogue-lite or rogue-like games, but it is especially true for Blade Assault. The faster a player clears the stage, the more enjoyable they will find the overall experience to be.
This is because, as a player goes through the stage, the danger meter will start rising more and more, causing the player to become more and more challenged as they go on. If they want to get through as quickly as possible, clearing the stage faster will keep the danger level from getting too high.
